Knorr Yellow Cup Porridge

Just contained this aluminium cereal like satchet!

Knorr Yellow Cup Porridge

Emptied it onto the bowl and somehow it looked like some baking paste.

Knorr Yellow Cup Porridge

Added water and cover.(hmm actually realised that I don't need to cover it)

I was shocked to see the two different layers, yellow and white sinking below.

I went to read the instructions and realised that I needed to stir, not cover
Knorr Yellow Cup Porridge

Actually you have to keep on stirring but you can always stir as you eat !

Knorr Yellow Cup Porridge

Yummy taste! Light and soupy!
I am going to try out the orange one!
After this 'instant'takes a new meeting.

Stars: 9/10 !! (nutrient value not taken into consideration)
Recommended for busy /lazy people ( like me!)

  1. This is actually made real porridge, then dehydrated to remove all moisture and the sachets filled with dry nitrogen just before they are sealed. They are great for emergency preparedness where food supplies for up to 3-weeks should be stored. If properly stored, in a cool, dry and dark place where there will be no pest incursion to damage the packaging, food like these have been known to have a shelf-life of up to 25-years! A pity that 1 cup has only 160-KCal.
